At HealthPost, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags into the shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
